SUPPORT INFORMATION

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about checkout, wallet credit, supporter rewards, and what your support helps make possible.

When is wallet credit added?+

Tebex sends a signed payment notification after the payment completes. Your wallet is credited after that notification is verified and processed. The checkout return page alone does not confirm payment.

How is the wallet amount calculated?+

The wallet is shown in USD. Each full US dollar confirmed as paid adds one dollar of wallet credit. Any cents remain part of the purchase record and are not rounded up.

What does my support help fund?+

Contributions support the remake's game systems, world and character art, server infrastructure, PC and mobile development, and playtesting.

Do supporters receive bonuses or in-game rewards?+

Yes. Supporter packages include bonuses and in-game rewards. The items and eligibility vary by package and will be listed with each package before checkout.

When will I receive in-game rewards?+

Karon Moons is still in pre-alpha, so in-game rewards will be available when the game and reward systems are ready. Package-specific details and timing will be shared before checkout.

Can I play the game now?+

Not yet. Karon Moons is in pre-alpha and is not publicly playable. Supporting the project helps fund development; it does not provide immediate access to a playable game.

What if I cancel checkout?+

A cancelled or declined checkout does not add wallet credit.
